I called about transitioning my family member from 1 state to Florida and the lady on the phone sounded so sweet at first until she started explaining. If you don’t have the extra money to pay after Medicaid and them taking his social security she “doesn’t know what to tell me”

There are other facilities with similar names. Perhaps you contacted another facility. My friend is a resident here. This residence is by far the most impressive facility I have visited!! There was a peaceful atmosphere which was very relaxing. The grounds and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating as well which is very reassuring for me.

I was very impressed after visiting Victoria Villa. The rooms and grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff were all very informed and engaging. It was a nice feeling to know that my friend was well cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in Need of assisted living.
