The staff at Vicinia Gardens Intermediate Care was professional, kind, caring and compassionate with my dad. I can’t think of a single instance where they were anything but supportive and patient, and that can be challenging with dementia patients! Even during his final days on hospice, they bent over backwards to work with our family and the hospice team to reassure us, and provide the comfort he needed in his own apartment. I would give this facility, the staff and the director a 5++. And it was always super clean and fresh smelling!

I don’t think I could’ve found a better place to have my dad .What I liked the best and was most amazed at is how friendly everyone was and how caring they were.if I could give them a 10 I would but it only goes up to 5 😂

This place is top notch, Lana and her staff have gone above and beyond to make my Aunt so comfortable. I was so nervous on making the initial move, but Lana completely eased my mind! It smells wonderful when you walk in. The smiles on the staff and other residents really prove why they won Best of the best 2025! So happy with my decision. Keep up the great work ladies!!
