Via Elegante, Tucson Mountains

Great staff, great leadership, clean facility. Jacqueline Smith and Shannon Barnes are exemplary and truly care about the facility and the people.

The staff at the Tucson Via Elegante is wonderful and so good with my mother-in-law who is disabled from a stroke and suffers from dementia. My grandmother with dementia was in the Sierra Vista Via Elegante and they were just lovely with her too. They helped us navigate Medicare and insurance to get her covered and settled in. Both locations are beautifully kept with gorgeous views of the desert.

The staff is so wonderful. My friend, who I admitted back in October 2024 is very pleased with everyone as well as I am. She loves her nurses and the activities there . She is in a better place now.

I want to take a moment to thank the amazing caregivers at Via Elegante Tucson Mountains for all the love and care provided to my beautiful mother while in their care. We are fortunate enough to have her back in our home healthy and happy. To all the professional and compassionate members of the front office staff, health and wellness, administrative, logistics, and kitchen, a big and heartfelt thank you! A special salute to the life enhancement director Ms. Shelby Trozzi for all the fun activities provided. You all will always have a special place in our hearts.

Via Elegante is the best of the best. I was told this when I was searching for a place for my mother, and I still hear this. My mother has gone from almost dying from poor care in another facility to thriving at Via Elegante. The administrator Ira Branson along with every staff person have always treated my mother with care, respect and with concern for her well being. My mother used to take my hand and beg me not to leave her when she was not at Via Elegante. Now when I visit and tell her I need to leave , she says: “ Okay.” She is happy, content and extremely well taken care of. It is difficult putting a family member in a facility even when the care needed is more than one can provide. With my mother at Via Elegante Tucson Mountain, I have a peace and comfort I did not have at other facilities where my mother was and before her my father. I know many of the family members of residents. . All of them have expressed how they too think Via Elegante is the best of the best. Special appreciation to the caregivers who have the hardest of jobs and who do them with grace, competence and humor. They are amazing.
