VETERANS HOME OF CALIFORNIA-VENTURA

Unfortunately I'm extremely disappointed in how this program is ran. Their process of qualification needs to change ASAP to better assist our soldiers who deserve to live in these homes and not based simply cause you have a child with a Veteran. Only to turn around and deny the Veteran because a non spouse applied with no consent of the Veteran and no marital status to give them any legal rights. A Veteran should be contacted to make sure he is aware of the risk of losing this opportunity for himself in the future. Veterans have proven themselves by their ultimate sacrifice and service to our country. without them this project building would not be standing. I was also made informed that my personal information was shared with a new tenant in this building that should not have been qualified to begin with. That is against privacy and confidentiality as a Government Office I would expected better. PLEASE DO BETTER and Give our Veterans what they deserve. I was forced to click 1 star in order to Post. seeing my son being treated like a regular civilian like he didn't work hard to deserve this is insulting.

Beautiful place, and clean.. They really take good care of your love ones. Staff are awesome and they communicate well.

Looks like a very good place to live
