The Vero of Ofallon is wonderful, the staff is awesome. Our family enjoys the family nights in the memory care with Mom. The activities are always packed with everyone wanting to participate with such an inclusive environment.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming when I go visit. ❤️

Great, friendly people and cheerful atmosphere! We’ve had many fun family events here and my mom enjoys all the games and activities. She has made many friends living here and also enjoys her relationship with the staff. She feels safe and cared for!

I was visiting a family member who lives here and joined them for dinner. There were multiple servers working the dining room. The skinnier server with glasses and long hair was pleasant and helpful, and another server also stepped in to assist. Unfortunately, the other server wearing glasses was slow, inattentive, and unfriendly, and did very little to help throughout the meal. Service should not depend on which staff member you happen to get. This was disappointing and reflects poorly on the dining experience.
