Veranda at Barber Station, Llc

Working with the Family Advisor, and entire staff, at Table Rock Senior Living at Barber Station has been an excellent experience. My story is long and difficult so I won’t go into detail, but these people helped much more than above and beyond with placing my mother in their memory care unit. I am blown away by the expertise, kindness, and support they have shown to my mother and me. I honestly don’t think I have enough words of praise to express how impressed I am with the facility, how wonderful they all are, or how grateful I am.

The facility is welcoming, clean and well maintained. The care team is committed to providing the best care possible. Everyone made my mom’s first day simply wonderful

I think the employees here are very helpful and warm. They care about the residents. I like how nice they are!

Table Rock at Barber Station is a beautiful and well-maintained facility. The staff are kind, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the residents. The environment is kept clean and fresh-smelling, with hallways and rooms designed for safety and ease of use. Meals are healthy and cater to special dietary requirements. A variety of engaging activities are offered, including exercise classes, bingo, art classes, music and entertainment events. My father enjoyed his stay at Table Rock at Barber Station.

I usually don’t write reviews however from witnessing what has gone on inside of the facility and how employees are treated is appalling. I never ever would consider barberstation a safe place for memory care or assisted living needs. There were a few amazing caregivers but due to management they have been pushed down and silenced. Joel freston is a vital part of what is going on by not returning calls emails, not listening to our family concerns. I am so thankful my loved one is no longer in the care of the dangerous management of this facility. Please please keep your loved one safe and consider somewhere else. Also food was very gross. Little to no activities. I have had to step in as a family member to help care staff and dietary because of management expectations have shifted to cutting employees and putting more pressure on care staff by not giving them the resources and help they need. This is from observation over a long period of time as I was in the facility visiting my loved one often and had a good relationship with the care staff.
