My mother has been a resident of Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living for 5 years and I am so pleased with the care and treatment she receives from the staff. The owner and staff members go above and beyond to make sure that my requests and her needs are fully taken care of. Staff doesn't care owner don't care food is not healthy for you can I have sandwiches everyday when you got the handyman getting drunk in my parking lot

My mother has been a resident of Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living for 5 years, the last 3 years under the current ownership. I really appreciate what they do for my mom. She is in great hands. They take care of her day to day needs freeing me up to spend quality time with her, take her to medical appointments and to her religious services. Management and staff are attentive, they show a caring demeanor with mom and are always open to changes and improvements in the way my mom needs care. Placing mom in a facility was one of the toughest decisions we had to make. She was not really happy about the prospect of living with people she didn't know. But living at home wasn't working well for her health. It took some time for her to feel comfortable but now it's home and the quality of her life has improved immensely with the 24/7 care she receives. Five years later I can say with certainty it was the best thing for her.

The owner has been very responsive to all of our concerns and requests over the years, and shows genuine care of our mother.
