Among the many facilities in the Naples area, Tuscany Heights shines of its own lights, thanks to its phenomenal Staff, its subdued elegance and gracious, happy atmosphere. Among all the people I had the pleasure of dealing with, Mrs. Colleen Long stands out. She truly shows her dedication, passion for seniors and care for people's happpiness. I had found myself in a bind, needing a comfortable and convenient accomodation for both of my aging parents (84 and 93) and Mrs. Long took the time to illustrate all the different options available in Tuscany Heights. I was also able to experience the Chef's specialties, which I am sure my parents are enjoying on a daily basis. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience at Tuscany Heights in Naples.

I recently toured Tuscany for my mother. Although she is not ready yet, I absolutely loved it. The staff and residents were all out and about enjoying the amenities and activities. Chair exercise was going on and am told they have that daily, which I know mom would enjoy. I especially loved the dining room that overlooks the outdoor pool.

My mother moved to Tuscany Heights in March 2026 from another facility. The move to Tuscany has been everything we hoped it would be for her. She has adjusted well thanks to the supportive staff. We, her family, would like to express our extreme gratitude to the staff for their gracious assistance in helping us get Mom settled in all aspects of assisted living.

Upon entering Tuscany Heights I knew I had found a clean, safe and friendly caring staff that would be willing to help look after my mom. On the tour Colleen explained everything from dining, nursing, activities, room options and expenses at Tuscany Heights along with answering all of my questions concerning the facility. It was remarkable having several residents give me unsolicited and reassuring positive comments about living at Tuscany Heights. Considering that my mom lived 4 hours from Naples the facility was willing to let my mom move into the model room with all of the furniture saving me a ton of work. My mom has been living there for about 3 months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to have her live at Tuscany Heights!
