My experience with Tuscan Gardens has been nothing but exceptional. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and are truly dedicated to providing personalized care for each resident. The community is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable environment that feels like home. The activities, dining options, and level of engagement offered to residence are wonderful, and it’s clear that their quality of life is a top priority. Communication with families has also been excellent, which brings great peace of mind. I highly recommend Tuscan Gardens to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and supportive, assisted-living community for their loved one

My husband was in Memory Care and his needs were neglected. Even though we paid highest level of care he was left in same clothes for days. Depends not changed. Falls not reported. Meds not renewed in time to refill for daily needs.

I can sum it up in one word....WOW! Our parent has lived in other communities before moving into Tuscan Gardens at Venetia Bay. Never before have we experienced the caring atmosphere that Tuscan Gardens has provided our mother. The team, food, activities, and residents are awesome. If you're searching for just the right place for your relative, Tuscan Gardens at Venetia Bay should be a must see visit on your list!

Tuscan Gardens is such a beautiful community. Everyone there seemed really happy and involved in activities, which was great to see. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too. It just felt like a really nice, comfortable place to be.
