An awesome place for your loved one. My mother lives here and could not be happier!

My loved one WAS at Tribute for 5 years. The place was ok for a few years. Since the current director and the previous one that lasted a couple of months, the place has really gone downhill. The director needs to stop being a buddy to the staff and he needs to be more involved in day-to-day operations. The majority of the care partners need to go and new ones vetted better. They are vicious, fake, uncaring and not trustworthy with the residents. I had a camera in my loved one's room and still have recordings of my husband being ignored on the floor, demeaned and verbally abused. I spent lots of time reviewing the video footage as it got to the point where I did not trust anyone but 2 care partners. My loved one would ask for water (he can't get out of bed on his own) and most of the time ignored. He would try to talk to the care partner and they would just walk away ignoring him. Basically treated like he didn't matter and was nothing but a bother. I do have to give kudos to the kitchen and dining room staff. They were very professional. Leadership only cares about the money, they don't care about the residents. Our loved ones are nothing but cash cows for them. Also, Atlas was never responsive to ANY communications. I was owed a refund and didn't get it until over 3 months later. I moved my loved one to Puller Veteran Care Center in Warrenton and it was the best decision I ever made for him. He is happy, extremely well taken care of, respected and is overall thriving. If your loved one is a veteran, I fully recommend you check them out.

This facility is outstanding and Vincent, the Sales Manager, is one of the most efficient, professional and compassionate employees there allowing any and all transitions safe and seamless. Highly recommend!
