Private room including housekeeping, laundry services, three meals and daily snacks, scheduled activity program, monthly wellness check, 24 hour staff supervision, weekly stand by staff assistance with bathing, medication management, arrangement of local transportation, and cable television
Private Room - Level 2 Care
All Level 1 services with addition of staff assistance with transfers, dressing, grooming, toileting, or bladder incontinence assistance
Private Room - Level 3 Care
All Level 1 & 2 services with addition of diabetes management, therapeutic diets, individualized exercise regiment, mechanical lift transfer, two staff assist transfer, and ostomy care
Private Room - Level 4 Care
All Level 1, 2 & 3 services with addition of complete assistance with activities of daily living, hand feeding, catheter care, and management of end of life services
