My sister was there for a little over two years. As she grew weaker, her nurses were amazing! Her later days she was cared for as their own family. She loved the outings, trips to Walmart and HEB weekly, then all the little extra trips to luncheons, plays at the High School, book stores, you name it. The food was amazing, I encourage you to add your name to the list and join your loved one for a meal or two. TRC was always clean, little extra coffee bar in the lobby, Astro and Texan games on the big screen and everyone treated you as family. Thanks Tasha (director) and Madelyn (head nurse) for making this a home for my sister. To each nurse that cared for her, she loved you and you went above and beyond to make her happy and comfortable.

Tomball Retirement Center is a very caring, family oriented place. There have been many great recent improvements. Staffing is friendly, knowledgeable and the residents are comfortable. One our dad called home here for over 2 1/2 years until his recent passing, which without our TRC family would not have gone as smoothly as it did. The team there is attentive and in times when it really mattered to us and his health declined, they were always providing good information and coordination with our needs. Everyone. Above and beyond. Could not imagine dad living anywhere else. We are extremely thankful and grateful for everyone at TRC.

After carefully reviewing our records, we have no history of you ever visiting our community, nor do we show that you have had a family member or friend in our care. The only connection we are aware of is your relationship with a former employee who is no longer with our center. We are concerned this may be a “revenge review” tied to that relationship, rather than a reflection of our services. Tomball Retirement Center is a nonprofit Assisted Living and Independent Living community dedicated to serving our residents with compassion and integrity.
