Our loved one moved in the Tradition looking forward to no meals in the dining room. Due to inadequate staffing and other problems, residents must wait an hour or more to be seated, receive slow service from harried wait staff. As a result, our loved one avoids going to the dining room due to these problem. Given that this facility is supposed to be providing important services such as meals to residents, this is a serious drawback and detracts from other features.

Great place for Independent Living. Good food, the facilities are very well taken care of, personally very helpful and caring There are plenty of activities for all the residents.

The Tradition is home away from home. Located in a serene environment in the very heart of Houston. A very beautiful concept for mum and dad. The room I visited was a complete and standard house with a big spacious living room, an office, complete kitchen with all appliances, dinning area, bedroom, laundry room, visitors restroom, and a big balcony. There is a walk-in closet attached to the bedroom and a bathroom. There are other closets for jackets and other stuff. The Tradition is one of a kind. The staff at the concierge, kitchen are pleasant and happy to assist. The place is very clean, there's a bistro, gym and a movie theater among other facilities. There's also coffee for Visitors. I love the Tradition, it stands out.

This is a review for Independent Living THis place has gone downhill . The young people they are hiring are Very rude and never apologize. They treat you like Starbucks like you are lucky to be here even though you are paying 7,000 plus a month. If they don't feel like it at the front you will not get your packages. There is NO concierge they sit in their phones at the front and do not help at all. Save your money it's too late for me but I want to save someone else from coming here thinking you are going to get treated well. The residents are great but the staff is poor and they don't care

This is a great place to live but has hardly any parking for visitors! They need to open up the back lot to visitors!
