My friend's mother is in the asst. living area and they charge extra for every bit any extra help she needs. And than they don't do it! Small things like turn her TV on to the music channel, never been on when Ive gone to visit. Make sure she has her hearing aids in .. never done. Had a fire drill last week and the breaker was off for power in her room for 2 days. Now if your checking on someone wouldn't you notice. It goes on and on.

The springs is a terrible terrible place, in memory care they have countless employees that don’t do anything they let the residents stay in their soiled briefs for hours and change them right before shift change, they are rude to their residents, some residents even get into physical altercations the employees don’t do anything about it and the higher up staff decided to push it all under the table even when the resident is not safe for the employees nor the rest of the residents while though they have some bad employees they do have some amazing one, they let go of the good ones and keep the ones who cannot do their job.

I have visited The Springs as a service provider to discuss dementia and Alzheimer's. I have presented educational opportunites for staff and residents. The Springs is always well organized and participants are very willing to engage with questions and comments. I enjoy seeing the activities and experiences provided. I also have friends with family members here who speak highly of the staff and services. I recommend checking out the Springs when asked about sites for memory care.

The Springs at Missoula is a warm and welcoming community with caring, attentive staff who truly look out for residents. The building is clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor areas and plenty of activities to enjoy. Families really appreciate the fresh meals and the sense of community here.
