The Ridge at Goodrich Assisted Living

Ruby and staff do a fantastic job assisting family with care & peace of mind (our experience). Our loved one was a memory care resident. Staff always responsive, caring & compassionate. Does laundry get mixed up, "unannounced " resident visitor walks in a room?; sure, its Memory Care. We visited often. Overall cheerful vibe.

Everybody’s sleeping in the facility in Wheelchair or Geri chairs One lady is crawling on the hallway all the time and sleeping on the hallway floor. That is probably why they don’t want people in wheelchairs going up and down the halls if your loved one is stationary and does not move around this is the place if you want them to be able to move around freely in a wheelchair this may not be the correct place. They feed you well their people are clean but not moving around much.

Great peace of mind knowing my family member is getting the best care! After a few places of not so great treatment I know he’s in good hands here! The staff at the pines do a great job! They communicate well about his needs, he’s happy here, which we all love!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the minute you walk in, it just feels warm and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and really care about the residents—they treat them like family. The building is always clean and well kept, but more importantly, it actually feels like home. The staff pay attention to the little things and take the time to get to know each resident, which makes a huge difference. It’s also really nice to see how happy and involved the residents are. There’s always something going on, and the atmosphere is just positive all around. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be safe, cared for, and truly looked after, I’d definitely recommend this community.
