My daughter and I are beyond happy to be a part of the Retreat community. So is my son who moved into his first apartment ever. I’m so happy to have him close to us and that he’s a part of this amazing community as well. Everyone has been so supportive and helpful, this has been an amazing experience.

Love living here at Retreat at Riverchase! Management and service staff are the best. Love my apartment and the community.

Having lived at a few apartment complex over the last several years, the Retreat at Riverchase, has been one of the top locations. I just signed my third lease! Quiet community. High-end amenities. Clean property. Readily available and accommodating staff. Right off the interstate and close to several restaurants/stores. What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We are from Texas..I came to tour apartments for my mother in law, and was shocked at how nice the place looked from the outside yet the interior is extremely dated and overall just old looking, the bathrooms are awful and equipped with bathtubs that can become a trip hazard if you prefer showering, especially for elders. This place needs to invest into actual showers and update their kitchen cabinets for the prices they are asking for. The area seemed nice but the staff gave me fake friendly and overlall weird energy, I definitely got racist vibes lol wouldn’t recommend.

We were tenants at Retreat at River Chase from August 2020 through May 2025. Overall it was an average place to live with comparable amenities to any standard corporate complex. We dealt with normal apartment dwelling issues. PROS: - location, interstate and food/shopping literally only 5 minutes away - maintenance requests were always address within 24 hours - common use spaces kept clean and maintained - front office was generally easy to communicate with, there was some staff changeover during our time but overall fine - safe community with many tenants living there long term - pet friendly CONS: - significant increase in "random" inspections as the years went on, we had maybe two our first year and almost four in our last six months - major building repairs (task outside of maintenance capabilities) took months to complete, we had a leak on an outside wall - parking availability - rent was raised $50-$100 every renewal, there was no increase or changes in services/amenities so it never made sense - truly outrageous prices to add a garage space to lease - entire deposit eaten up by a "cleaning fee" of $300 for a one bedroom apartment - gate had a number of malfunctions - chastising emails sent out to entire community when other tenants were not following policies - no way to opt out of valet trash or parcel storage, mail carriers often did not even use package facility so felt like a waste
