Roman Empire
The staff here are told to do RN & CNA tasks as unlicensed caregivers. There is a male med tec who talks horribly to the Elderly verbal elderly abuse and distributes meds without watching residents. The head RN and Shedualer know this and due to favoritism allows this to continue. Very toxic and unperfessional place.

Not somewhere I'd put my parents. Iv heard nothing but sad and horrible things from staff and ppl who live here. Stay away

This is a wonderful place for my brother to live and thrive. The food is great and they are happy to have family come join him for meals which is really nice since travel with him can be challenging. There are plenty of daily activities M-F and special music programs and shows/discussions in the evenings. They also have a wonderful shuttle service that brings him to/from church on Sundays and will take him to any appointments during the week. They have a big zero entry pool for water aerobics and the room and water are very warm and comfortable. The staff here are top-notch. Friendly, professional, and very flexible depending on each individual resident. The management is always there and very responsive. We are very happy with our decision to move him to the Residence at Otter Creek!
