The Reserve is an ideal place for assisted living. The staff is phenomenal, and take pride in what they do. I would also like to mention Michael Hatcher who goes above and beyond to assist the needs of my elderly aunt.

Silla and Victoria went above and beyond to help my dad transition to this facility. His previous living conditions were very difficult given that his health was declining. He is so much happier and healthier since we moved him here.

A friend lives here and I visit her atleast weekly or so. This facility smells. Theres a hole in the ceiling it's been there for over 3 months. Their trash management is poor. The food is good and the staff is good. A homeless man was found on the 3rd floor how did they get in? The reserve can do better you get a housekeeper once every 2 weeks. If your parent is not able to take trash out that's another nightmare

We love The Reserve. My mom feels safe here, and that’s very important to her. The place has friendly staff and I’m always greeted with a hello and a smile when walking in. It’s always clean and smells fresh without overpowering fragrances. As her son who does her shopping, I love the location. It’s easy and quick to access every place I need to go. And my mom has made several good friends here: which is great for her mind. Thanks Reserve management that creates a great home for my mom in her last years.

The Reserve at North Dallas has been an incredible place for my aunt! The staff truly go above and beyond to make her feel cared for and respected. Their kindness and attentiveness have made such a positive difference in her life, and it’s clear they genuinely care about every resident. She always talks about how amazing the food is—every meal is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The activities are another highlight! She’s always engaged and having fun, and the New Year’s Eve party was the best yet, featuring an incredible Elvis impersonator that brought so much joy to everyone. Most importantly, The Reserve makes her feel safe and secure, which means the world to our family. The staff’s dedication to creating a welcoming and well-maintained community is unmatched. We’re so thankful for everything they do to make her experience so wonderful and highly recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant community for their loved ones!
