There are soo many things I could say here. The negatives while my dad was there for a year and 1/2 were they have a high staff turnover. Their newer Nurse Bree is very rude and needs to learn how to talk to people, including the patients and family. She needs to learn how to say something besides screaming HIPPA at people's families and reprimanding them for trying to help soothe the resident in distress. They were severely understaffed in my opinion, all of 2025. Their policies like no hospital beds allowed, go against what is best for patients and they don't know how to communicate broadly, amongst staff and to the families. I wouldn't recommend putting your most beloved family member here.

I can't say enough good things about the kind and compassionate care my mom received while living at Reflections Memory Care. They are simply the best.

My Mother was placed in Reelections Memory Care on March 23rd because of worries about her safety due to memory issues. I visited 7 times from May 1st to May 3rd. The staff was always helpful, professional and cheerful. The facilities were clean, well kept up and sufficiently staffed to make me feel good about my Mother's safety. They seemed knowledgeable and dedicated. I ate lunch with my Mother one day and it was surprisingly good, especially the blueberry cheesecake parfait. They post pictures on their Facebook page of daily events and trips. They have significant numbers of activities everyday from music to art and trips. The only issue I have had so far is that it can be difficult to contact my mother. The front desk will take messages and take them to my mother but it can be a while before they are able to deliver it, they need to man the desk and can only leave when they get the opportunity, and she commonly forgets after given the message. If my Mother is in the sitting/TV area near the front desk they always take the time to bring her to the phone. I have figured out their schedule and now call when there is a good probability of her being near the desk and this has been working well. In summation Reflections has met or exceeded my expectations and I recommend them highly.
