Just moved my dad in here. The people are wonderful and have accommodated every request. Special shoutout to the maintenance team: Michael’s the manager. Frank and Javier are on his team. They took care of everything brilliantly. We’re so grateful for making a difficult transition as easy as it could possibly be.

My dad has been living at The Preston of the Park Cities for over two months now and the experience has been fantastic. He is really enjoying the people, the activities, the facilities, and the food. I visit and dine with him frequently and can personally attest to the friendliness of the entire staff and the quality of the food. I highly recommend The Preston.

My only experience with this facility is through walking a resident's dog. Unfortunately because it is a large dog, many of the caretakers are too scared to do their job well. On several occasions I have mentioned my concerns with the front desk and none of them have been addressed. Overall, the caretakers themselves are overworked, understaffed, and undertrained for dealing with residents' pets.
