The Pines of Burton Memory - South

As a member of the senior population I can say this is a nice facility I've been inside talked with the staff and people who live there.I never noticed a smell that you can notice and management takes the time to speak to you.

Not going to say they are great but they are ok. They are understaffed and the people they have cam barely handle what little they need to and fail.at maintaining my mom who doesn't need the same type of memory care. She has no memory issues.

The building is always clean and well kept, but more importantly, it actually feels like home. The staff pay attention to the little things and take the time to get to know each resident, which makes a huge difference. It’s also really nice to see how happy and involved the residents are. There’s always something going on, and the atmosphere is just positive all around.

The staff and management are all very caring, it is a very rewarding environment. They engage and care for the residents like family.

Every caregiver took the time to get to know him personally — what made him smile, what calmed him, and how to make each day meaningful. They went above and beyond to keep him comfortable, safe, and engaged. The facility itself was always clean, welcoming, and filled with warmth. Communication with the family was consistent and compassionate — I always felt informed and reassured. I am forever grateful for the team here.
