The dining room needs to be more centralized for those that have trouble walking any distance.

Please don't ever put a loved one in the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Robinson Terrace located in Stamford, NY. It should really be condemned by NYS. There are simply no words to describe the total lack of regard and care for an individual that is completely at your mercy. If I could give this hell hole a ZERO rating that would be a compliment. Administration should be ashamed of what they allow to be considered patient/resident care because it is basically non-existent. I could give many specific examples, of what our family experienced first hand, but I'd run out of room. Disgusting, shocking and downright unacceptable, on so many levels, are just a few ways to describe what goes on there.

Response from the owner

The fine folks of Robinson Terrace provided care for my Grandmother (Annie) for about a decade. We live about 800 miles away and were unable to visit as often as we would like, though keeping in touch with our Grandma she always commented how well she was taken care of and fed. If you wanted to join in the community activities you were welcomed to, or if you wanted to keep to yourself that too was fine. It's a difficult job by all accounts, but the folks at Robinson Terrace did an exceptional job of making my grandmother comfortable and cared for.
