The Oaks at Flower Mound Assisted Living & Memory Care

My husband moved into The Oaks at Flower Mound in April of this year. From day one it has been a wonderful choice. The staff and residents are so friendly. The goal was to get my husband more involved with people and also know he was well taken care of, after experiencing multiple falls. The Director of Activities, Kalista Gibson, and her Assistant, Jack, are the kindest people who listen to the residents and coordinate outings and activities that are fun and team building. The servers at mealtimes know each resident by name and can anticipate their daily preferences. Caleb always brings smiles to each resident when delivering food with his charm. It immediately felt like a family environment with a comfortable living area, activity center and parlor. There are multiple outside areas where you can enjoy the weather and nature. The decision to change living arrangements for a loved one is not an easy task. The Oaks has provided my family with the security we needed and I could not be happier.

Kalista consistently looks for new ways to make life at The Oaks more engaging and meaningful for the residents. She is thoughtful and compassionate and always takes the time to understand their needs and preferences. Her dedication to enhancing residents quality of life is evident in the care, creativity and enthusiasm she brings to her role each day.

The Oaks is a wonderful community! The Director of Entertainment and Programs (Kalista) goes above and beyond to create fun meaningful activities and experiences for the residents. She is very involved with both the residents and their families and truly cares about making everyone feel included and valued. Her energy and dedication make such a positive impact! Kalista puts so much heart into what she does and genuinely cares about everyone she comes into contact with.

Leanetta at The Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care provides outstanding leadership. Her dedication and care create a supportive, compassionate environment for both residents and staff. Highly recommend!

Oaks is a good facility, and the services offered are excellent. The caregivers provide great care to the residents. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Sarita for the outstanding care she gives. She is respectful, attentive, and always willing to help. She explains things clearly and ensures that residents’ needs are met. Her calm and positive attitude makes everyone feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for. JKiarie
