Memory Care is fabulous...5 stars for sure. Thank you for your loving and compassionate care! LTC is a nightmare. I have placed my mom on a wait list at another facility and would bring her home today if it was humanly possible to do so. I don't ask for much...just brush Mom's teeth, changed her into PJs at night and don't stick her in bed at 5pm and leave her there all night. I have talked POLITELY to managers about these SIMPLE REQUESTS for the past 9 months and mom still does not receive adequate BASIC CARE. it appears that I will never be able to trust that mom will be adequately cared for in her final days, but hopefully someone else will read this and think twice before placing their loved one in this facility. I know some of the staff and administration personally and have hesitated to post my distrust of the facility due to alienating them ...but I'm beyond disgusted at the lack of accountability. I'll continue to pursue all avenues to ensure mom's safety and basic needs are met, and those you who are guilty of not caring properly for your patients should be ashamed of yourselves.

My father was placed in this facility for rehab after hip surgery. I wouldn't put my dog in this facility. They are supposed to check on their patients every 2 to 3 hours. My brother would be there for 7 to 8 hours at a time and saw no one. He is 84 and they expected him to remember to ask for his pain meds. He was very poorly taken care of. We brought him home. They didn't even know we left with him. What is the kicker they never called me to let.me know he was missing. They had no clue we had him. Do not put your loved one in thos plave. paitautomated
