The Mansion at Waterford

It’s a beautiful environment and staff are wonderful except when it comes to meals. It takes forever for them to take your order and there’s only one person who does that which takes forever. They need to truly work on their front oh the house service. Get down at 430 don’t take my order until 5pm don’t get your food til 520. Blows my mind!

A really nice community. The mansion is very clean and well maintained. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I can rest assured knowing that my folks are in good hands. I'd like to give a big shout out to Valerie, Jessica, Shay, and many others for being so caring and helpful!

My husband was not receiving the care he needed at a different memory care. I visited The Mansion at Waterford memory care and fell in love with it. They only have 20 residents and the ratio of caregivers to residents is 5-1. That is sooooo much better than where he was. Valerie was so kind when I showed up unexpectedly and she took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a tour. We were fortunate that 1 residence was available and he moves in soon. The residents were happy and smiling as were the employees. Where he has been, people seldom smile. I’m very grateful for the kind people and how helpful everyone has been. If you are looking for a wonderful memory care for your loved one, you need to tour The Mansion at Waterford. I highly recommend it.
