The Linden at Stonehaven Square

I want to compliment Dawson Hicks for his compassion and kindness during the tour he provided me about a week or so ago. I never like pushy sales people and he was really wonderful. It made a difficult time easier on me. I noticed how well he interacted with residents and can tell he is sincere. I want to make sure he is recognized as a member of your staff.

Stonehaven is truly one of my favorite communities in Tulsa. As a senior living placement specialist I’ve toured a lot of communities, and this one consistently stands out, it’s beautiful, warm, and you can just feel that the staff genuinely love what they do. I had one of those moments recently that just said it all. I was having lunch there with a client when the woman who does the laundry stopped by our table just to check on her, she knew she hadn’t been feeling well and wanted to make sure she was okay. That moment felt good. In an industry known for high turnover, Stonehaven has something truly rare, a team that stays. Dawson on the sales team has been there since the doors opened, and he started in dining services. That kind of loyalty and growth from within is almost unheard of, and it shows in the quality of care residents receive every single day. Tara and Dawson both meet every family with genuine kindness, compassion, and real expertise. We had made the decision to transfer my Mom to TULSA and closer to Family. After taking the tour, and relying on my experience as a caregiver, I knew Stonehaven was the right place for my Mom. My mom went into the Memory Care facility and we could not be happier. Their constant support is appreciated, and they are very professional. They are the gold standard of care

It is so difficult to entrust the care of your loved one to others, but I must say, I am MORE than happy with the staff at The Stonehaven. Whenever there is a need, either on my part or their part, communication has been excellent. Having a medical background myself, I recognize good care when I see it. It appears to me that there is not a high turnover with staff, which is so important. The activities they offer are stellar, and there is something for everyone. I would HIGHLY recommend the Stonehaven assisted living or memory care for you or your loved one to move to.
