Moving my Dad into an assisted living facility was not easy, but from the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this community was special. The staff truly care about the residents and treat everyone with kindness, dignity, and compassion. It feels more like a family than a facility. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The activities, meals, and welcoming environment have brought so much joy and peace of mind to our family. Knowing my Dad is safe, happy, and surrounded by caring people means everything to us. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful support and genuine love shown every single day. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place where their loved one will truly be cared for.

This place has been a nightmare since day one I don’t think they even deserve one star My sister has been there since the first of January 2026. They put her in memory care unit and she was not supposed to be in there but in assisted living. They get more money if they are put in memory care so guess what that’s where she is. If I or my other siblings don’t go in there daily they don’t make her get up they don’t bathe her they don’t tell her to change her clothes she has had a uti that has turned into 3 different types of bacteria the PA (Amy) is so overloaded from working in to many facilities and at the Wilmington urgent care in Jacksonville on weekends she doesn’t have time to care for the people that are there. They half ass everything they are very short staffed and can’t keep the ones that really care about the people in there. I wonder if this is how they want their parents or sister , brother and child cared for. Please do not put someone you love here. Unless you want them treated worse than an animal. They can care less about these people I have seen and heard things that would make you want to come unglued on the staff. There are no cameras the staff has not only neglected these people but I have seen them abused as well. Do your home work. If you love your family members don’t put them here

TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT’S LOOKING TO BRING THERE LOVES ONE’S TO THIS FACILITY YOU BETTER THINK LONG AND VERY HARD BECAUSE COMPANY DOESNT GIVE A DAMN AND NOT EVEN SOME OF STAFF I WOULD CALL BY NAMES THAT NOT EVEN Necessary Was Just Without HEAT Water For 10 consecutive days news people was called AND IF YOU THINK YOU’RE GONNA GET A TRUE HONEST FROM THE ED YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN BECAUSE YOU BETTER OFF, KEEPING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER AT HOME IF YOU’RE GONNA PAY FOR A EMPTY BOX THAT YOU GOT TO DECORATE THE COMPANY DEFINITELY AIN’T GONNA DO NOTHING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SOMETHING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU GOT A LOVED ONE THAT’S GOING TO MEMORY CARE AND IT LOOK LIKE A SILUANE WAR LIKE THEY’RE IN A MENTAL INSTITUTION GRAY WALLS WITH NOTHING FOR THEM TO DO BUT WATCH PRICES RIGHT Specially, when you got MED TECH given their Medication early before time and this does not apply to all the med tech And when you got staff workers that are double briefing the residence and that’s Against state regulations, specially, when the workers are trying to force these residence to do something that they do not want to do against their residence rights is definitely against state regulations Before anybody goes to put their loved ones in a facility, you definitely need to know the resident rights when it comes. You need to contact STATE and not just listen to the ED or any of the staff members check on the STATE website. And look at POLICY AND PROCEDURES WHEN IT COMES TO DIFFERENT FACILITIES BECAUSE IT’S DIFFERENT GUIDELINES FOR ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED FACILITIES

This facility was by far the nicest building we toured when looking for a place for my mom. We were really impressed with the size of the rooms and dining options that far surpassed other buildings in the area that were much more expensive. My mother has been extremely happy since she moved in and the building staff has been wonderful and communicative.
