The Isle at Raider Ranch

My father is in the memory care unit. We have been VERY pleased with the care he has received. The staff are all very caring and are very much engaged with the residents. Tiffany is the nurse who oversees the care and she is outstanding! Azaria is the business office manager and she was very instrumental is getting the long-term care policy billing set up. Everyone encounter with Raider Ranch, from the front desk, to Hannah in sales, Gerrado in facilities maintenance, and the staff in the residence area, has been positive and upbeat. Trinidad and all of the others take great care of Dad. We are very thankful for Raider Ranch!

The staff have been great and very caring to my mom. I'm there frequently and I always see them interacting with the residents or busy with projects for them. Its a good place for your loved one.

My family and I found Raider Ranch on 'A Place for Mom' - it had lots of five stars and good reviews. Email and phone interactions were pleasant. My sister said on the day of the tour the young lady that did the walk-through was very nice however the residence seemed to be under the care of staff that had facial tattoos and piercings everywhere (extremely unprofessional - this is very odd when you have decided to care for older Generations) wearing very little Smiles or expressions of compassion on their face. We decided to pass with an easy no. Considering the cost - my question would be, why is it that they think it's a good idea to subject our conservative elderly with old-fashioned views to this kind of aggressive character! We will not leave our LO in this condition especially with the progressing decline of Alzheimer's (seems low budget). We found somewhere else that better fits are liking and I hope that you do as well!
