The Indigo at New Bern

I came in for a tour after seeing all of the amazing stuff on the Facebook page and also my MD gave me Brittany’s business card and I spoke with her and things went great

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Indigo at New Bern! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The community is warm, inviting, and truly feels like home. The sales coordinator, Britney, was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about helping families find the right fit. Nurse Melissa was equally incredible, taking the time to answer all questions with patience and compassion, which really put my mind at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance team, and he was a complete bundle of joy! It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in what they do and truly cares about the residents. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, The Indigo at New Bern is it. Highly recommend—five stars all the way!

I recently toured the memory care at The Indigo at New Bern while exploring options for my grandmother. I want to share an honest and balanced experience. The physical space could definitely use some updates—the floors were a bit worn and the walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint. It wasn’t quite as polished as I expected. That being said, what really stood out to me was the staff. They were up, active, and fully engaged with the residents the entire time I was there. You could genuinely feel that they care and have a lot of love and patience for the people they’re supporting. That kind of compassion is hard to find and means so much, especially in memory care.

I had a wonderful experience with The Indigo at New Bern. The entire team is extremely professional, and the staff is not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring and helpful throughout the process. The Sales Coordinator did an amazing job reaching out to me right away and made me feel reassured from the very beginning. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped ease any concerns I had about the transition. I was also very impressed with the RN, who is clearly dedicated and willing to help in any way possible. It’s comforting to know that such a compassionate and supportive team is there to guide families during such an important time. I highly recommend The Indigo at New Bern to anyone looking for a caring and professional community!

I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful this place is. My friend is currently living here and we have had nothing but a good experience. The staff has been so great and amazing. Brittany and Jessica worked with us with getting different quotes for different rooms, they were patient with our many questions and me calling several times in two days
