THE WATERFORD AT WESTOVER HILLS

I know that my father, who is a resident at the Waterford at Westover Hills, is well taken care of there. The medical staff are very attentive to his care. He doesn’t need much assistance but they pay attention to any issues that might be of concern. I am grateful for all the staff. They treat my father with dignity and respect. They are friendly, compassionate and caring. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

I am a hospice RN making multiple visits daily, so I see many facilities up close. The Waterford Memory care unit is exceptional! The staff is so involved and present with the residents, the educational training shines through in their interactions with cognitively challenged residents, yet is so warm and respectful. There are so many staff members everywhere!! So wonderful to see an administration that truly sets the bar so high for excellence.

I am a vendor for hospice and went to see a patient here. The place is beautiful and most of the staff is very helpful except the med lady who was on duty at the time. I did not appreciate her the way she spoke about my patient. A little empathy and compassion goes a long way with people and this particular lady didn't have either.

I love the Waterford!! I moved my dad into memory care and could tell the love that the staff has for the residents immediately. They are very receptive to any feedback. I had a situation the first week my dad was there and it was taken care of immediately after talking to the Executive Director and the Wellness Director. Again they are truly all about the residents and their well being. I saw it clearly after having my dad at a place where management didn't see that as a priority, although their mission statement said it did. At the Waterford at Westover Hills memory care, your loved one is truly loved and cared for. Remember no place is perfect but, they sure come close for my dad and I. Keep up the good work!!! Please pass on to staff the great job they're doing!!

Update: My mother has been a resident at The Waterford for almost 2 years now and still loves it. All the staff knows her and interacts with her a lot. Christina and Ashley, the activities directors, are the best and you can tell they enjoy spending time with the residents. We love them and all of the caregivers! My mother has only been a resident for 5 weeks but we all, to include my mom, already love The June. The rooms are so spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and caring and immediately welcomed my mom to the group. I feel blessed, knowing that my mother is happy and well taken care of. We are thrilled with the activities that are scheduled and Mother looks forward to them daily. I highly recommend The June for anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one.
