I can't say enough about how wonderful The Crossings has been to my mother. Michelle and her staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make sure their residents are well taken care of. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!!

I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is completely different from what I was told before I moved here. In my opinion, the apartment itself is a dump. Dark & dingy looking with stains all over the carpet. It looks filthy as well as having white paint spots on the carpet & flooring. The flooring is dark brown so obviously spots are very visible. I was told the meals were "chef prepared" NOT! I've order food & bring it back to the apartment & almost every time, they don't give me what I ask for. I've ordered French fries & they were barely warm & tasted like left over fries that were taken out of the refrigerator & warmed up. The texture was like sand in my mouth. I order a grilled ham & cheese sandwich & was served a piece of ham & cheese between two slice of white bread. I've asked for sweet potato fries & got a pain baked potato, no butter no nothing...Just the potato. I've ordered a cheese burger with ketchup & mayo... got a dry hamburger with no cheese.. Look folks, I could go on & on. Now, I still have to pay for meals & I don't even get food from them anymore.. Don't let the entryway here fool you. You fist walk in & think Wow! Nice...Then you see your apartment. Update coming soon.
