Our mom has adjusted very well in the memory care unit which is a blessing for our family. The activities director plans lots of fun activities for the residents and the food always looks and smells so good. When you walk in the facility it is always clean and smells amazing.

My parents were the first two residents to move in when the Claiborne opened. It was there for 9 years, and my siblings and I could not have been more thrilled! The entire Claiborne staff became family, and my parents loved them, because they treated them and us as family. Mom and Dad were safe, well-cared for, and treated like a king and queen. Over the 9 years my parents lived there, the staff treated every resident like that. I am forever grateful to the Claiborne for creating a home for my parents!

Mom has been here a couple of years. Very pleasant staff and Brandi is awesome. So caring and accommodating and she runs things correctly. Everyone is very accessible and Nursing staff always calls if any issue comes up and very caring. Physical therapy on location has improved her mobility and been a blessing. We are very fortunate to have The Claiborne in McComb.

Last November, my cousin was admitted to Southwest MS Regional Medical Center. He remained there until the hospital said they could not do anything else for him. We knew he couldn’t go home and be alone so I contacted several facilities and ended up going to The Claiborne where I spoke with Shelby and Director White. They were so pleasant and empathetic to the needs of our love one. They quickly responded to our needs of providing a place for our love one. After moving in our love one, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity until his passing several months later. The staff was so professional, yet caring in attending to his needs. The facility is always clean and provides that home feel you want your love ones to experience. Thank you Claiborne family for all your help, love and support you showed our family.

We were very well received by everyone and they made our Mom feel welcomed and us children also. The only thing that we wished would have happen was maybe someone could have come and showed us around and come to her room and discuss the particulars of our Mom’s routine. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we were really pleased with the facility.
