SHORT staffed ; Ms. Myra needs to learn to talk to individuals with a bit more respect. management needs evaluation.

I had the opportunity to visit the community for a ceremony, and the staff was amazing. The community staff have some of the best hospitality, I've ever seen! Super warm and welcoming staff & residents! The residents were also super nice and welcoming, a great inclusive community for senior citizens.

Exotic Encounters
Such a beautiful place with so many amenities inside and out. Residents seem happy and well cared for. Someone is always available to help if needed. The outdoor gardens are gorgeous and a pleasant place to relax, read, or enjoy time with family.

Medical assistance is very slack. Resident pushed the help button - never received any assistance. Fortunately it was not a life or death situation, but no one ever showed up. I am the sitter for the resident and I'm appalled.
