Caleb Lee is an exceptional Executive Director who leads with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. He is approachable, attentive, and clearly dedicated to both his residents and his team. His leadership makes a positive difference, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

The Executive Director's leadership reflected what I viewed as dishonesty, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. Decisions made by him were inconsistent and lacked the maturity and accountability expected from someone in that role. The residents, families, and dedicated staff deserve leadership built on honesty, integrity, consistency, and respect. Which you will not receive.
