I stopped in for a tour of the Bridge at Greely last week and absolutely loved this community. The minute we walked in we were greeted by Amy a staff member at the Bridge and a few of the residents as well! Amy gave a great tour and the facility felt so homey. The residents we spoke to were so welcoming and you could really tell how much they enjoyed the Bridge. Great community!

Just had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at the Bridge with my mother-in-law! The servers were so attentive, and the home cooked Thanksgiving meal was fabulous!

Exactly one week later and it has gotten worse!!!! The call light they give residents is useless. I have pushed the button 8 times within the past hour and staff has yet to stop by and check in. If the client had fallen they could die with the lack of care they are receiving here. Please god dont send someone you care about here. Because they sure dont care. As a caregiver hired to assist someone when staff will not open the door to let someone in is very discouraging. In fact staffs lack of willingness made me late to my shift. Please dont put your loved ones in here its clear they dont care. I have been standing outside for over 30 mins and rang the bell 5 times still no one

I just moved my sister to the bridge at Greeley from another assisted living facility here in Greeley. I am very impressed with the communication with staff members and the response time. Rather than the 3-4 day response time at the previous place, I get answers and or action towards resolution much quicker and usually in the same day. They have been very accommodating in making my sister comfortable. In short, a night or day difference. My sister is not mentioned going home once since she's been there.

The Bridge of Greeley has been an absolute god send! My mom was at a different facility where I had to sit with the head of staffs and still wasn’t able to get good service. The Bridge has been incredible! They are so attentive, the food is incredible, the place is so clean, and they know all their residents by name. My mom never wanted to leave her room for a year at the other facility and now she is going on walks and enjoying activities. I am so grateful for the Bridge of Greeley and recommend them 110%!
