Leadership and the team are very kind, and the overall facility is well-kept. However, the flooring on Levels 1 and 2 could use an upgrade, as the carpet has been in place for quite some time—hardwood or updated flooring would make a big difference. Residents have also shared that they’d like improvements to the taste of the food, which staff have mentioned they are working on. The community serves a diverse and active group of residents, many of whom are very mobile. There are activities available, but the community could benefit from offering more. With the new activities director, I’m hopeful we’ll see continued growth. The location of this community itself is excellent. No matter where you choose to place your loved one, stay involved, check in, and be present.

Horrible place! The management of this building is awful! They do not care about the residents or staff! Do not go here!

My now 95-year-old grandmother first became a resident of Terraza Court back in 2013, under previous ownership. After some time away, she returned in 2020 and has lived there since. Through her 80s and 90s, she has truly thrived at this facility—staying active, engaged, and well cared for. Now, as she begins to face her most serious health challenges yet, the support Terraza has provided me and my family has been so meaningful and reassuring. I am truly grateful. In 2024, my mother became very ill and needed more care than I could give while caring for my newborn. She moved into Terraza—on the same floor as my grandmother—and her recovery has been nothing short of amazing. After a difficult year of surgeries and poor care at other facilities, she arrived barely able to walk or eat. Within months, she regained her health, memory, independence, and even her joy. She’s now making friends, taking care of herself and her space, and even helping support my grandmother. The staff at Terraza Court are kind, consistent, and feel like extended family. Many have been there for years, and they go above and beyond every day. Even through changes in ownership and management, the care has remained steady. No place is perfect, but what makes Terraza special is the heart of the people who work there. As an only child of a mother who is also an only child, we don’t have a big family to lean on. Terraza has become that community for us. I highly recommend Terraza Court to anyone looking for a warm, dependable, and truly caring home for their loved ones.

I moved my mother to LA because of dementia and she rapidly declined. Finding Terraza Court was some of the only good luck we had in her short journey here. They helped me find a social service that I had never heard of, to cover the monthly charges. Everybody is very friendly and caring. They made a very difficult year manageable and memorable. Highly recommended.
