We love this place! We met pete the cat autor and he was so great to my kids. Everyone was sooo friendly

Very nice, open, clean entrance and common areas.

The customer service is awful. The night shift workers aren't helpful. They catch an attitude if you ask them for anything. They don't check the trash on a regular basis, and they don't always respond when patients press the red button for help in a timely manner.
