Choosing a memory care home for my mom was an difficult decision and process, but TerraBella has given our family peace of mind. The staff here truly understand the nuances of dementia. The staff and ancillary teams don't just 'manage' the residents; they engage with them. The communication from the facility team is very good - I’m always notified immediately of any medication changes or small falls. It feels like a partnership rather than just a service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that prioritizes dignity.
