TerraBella Lincolnton

Went to visit my grandmother in the memory care unit. When I walked in, I seen nothing but smiling faces. A staff member by the name of “Tee” was there. She was singing and dancing. Other residents including my grandmother, were holding microphones and dancing. It was amazing to see. I told “Tee” how much appreciated the joy she brings to them. She was extremely friendly. You can really tell she is passionate and cares very much for her residents. I spoke with the Med Tech “Sarah” she was great too. She answered all my questions. I had so much peace when I left. I could have cried tears of joy. It’s hard to find placement for loved ones, but it brings a lot of peace to know they are loved and taken care of.

Met with Karen and toured the facility. Very kind staff and beautiful facility. Would definitely recommend.

Our loved one was recently placed in Terra Bella Lincolnton's Memory Care Unit. We are very impressed with how clean the unit is, how kind and caring the staff is and how comforting it is to know she is in a safe place. Karen in Sales answered out questions and was so helpful. Sherrie has also helped us get our loved one settled. Our loved one has made friends already and jokes with the staff. We are grateful to Terra Bella for their kindness.
