I moved my mom from a larger assisted living facility in Oxford to Tender Care a month ago. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for the quality care my mom is receiving. Mashal and her staff are precious gems whose loving care and medical expertise have made such a huge difference! My mom has perked up, is eating more, talking more, smiling more and closer to the mom I remember. She entered a month ago as a shadow of herself and we are now enjoying visits, reading together, remembering special moments together and she is even feeding herself again! The home itself is located in a beautiful setting with Paint Creek and the trail running across the front yard. It is impeccably clean, the food is homemade and my mom is always clean, groomed well and smelling good. As many others have expressed, I wish we would've found Tender Care much earlier in our journey but I am so very very grateful that Mom is here now. I am certain that the days ahead of her will be comfortable and peaceful in this wonderful home.

Mashal and her team provided our dad with the most compassionate care with patience to understand his needs and wants. Their support during this difficult time allowed us the comfort to know he was safe with a team that wanted the best for him. The beautiful setting, homemade food, clean home environment and loving people made this the best choice that I feel blessed that we found for my dad’s final care.

Although my grief from losing my mother will fade, my admiration and love for Mashal and her TenderCare crew will not. My mother was treated with dignity and respect throughout her entire 9 month stay at TenderCare. Mashal hand picked everyone who works there with care, and it shows. Mashal and her crew kept us updated daily on my mother, and I never once had second thoughts after we placed her at TenderCare. I cannot sing their praises enough. Bless you, Mashal, for being the very best at what you do, and for providing 5 star care to your patients, and their families.

The owners and staff have hearts of gold and treat every resident as family, not just in word, but in action. The home itself is immaculate, serene, and filled with warmth. The atmosphere is peaceful and predictable, a quiet rhythm that helped the residents feel safe, settled, and less overwhelmed. Thoughtful touches like home-cooked meals, personalized birthday and holiday celebrations, and a tranquil atmosphere made all the difference. With a low resident-to-staff ratio, mom received attentive, individualized care every single day. Staff members are not only compassionate but highly trained in dementia-specific care. Their ability to manage the nuances of memory loss with gentleness and expertise gave us tremendous peace of mind. They did not just care for her—they celebrated her. She was seen, heard, and loved. The team went out of their way to incorporate her life story, preferences, and hobbies into her care plan. She had meaningful social interaction each day—from music therapy and group activities to pet visits, hair styling, and even manicures that helped her feel like herself. Her journey to the next life was made beautiful because of Mashal, Raj and the loving staff. We are forever grateful.
