This place neglected my father’s wishes to see his family when he wanted. My parents have been married for 45 years and together for longer. In my opinion keeping his family rushed his death. If anything he died of a broken heart. Tender heart more like heartless home. My opinion

Helped me recover from encephalitis after my mri scan was feed everyday. Staff was wonderful here

We moved my mom in back in May 2021 into Tender hearts. She adjusted very well. She made friends and the patio was a hit with her, she liked sitting outside on a warm day. The staff was very caring for my mom. They took very good care of my mom. My mom passed on 9/25, the staff was very nice to her in her final days. Highly recommend this assisted living community. Thank you for what you did for my mom.

Only a few days and my LO seems to be adjusting beautifully. Each staff person I’ve dealt with has been professional and caring. I’m very hopeful that my LO will feel safe and secure in this beautiful , clean home. Thank you all❤️
