Being understaffed they do eventually take care of all the residents have noticed the health of residents when they first arrived And the results of them living there becoming healthier to my surprise

On day oneThey never showed up to come help my father get cleaned up nor did the nurse show up to evaluate him. They wasted my whole day. And my father sat around waiting for them and ended up calling for help to come help him take his meds and eat. By that time he was too weak to do anything for himself but call me a recent stroke victim to come rescue him. They had no trouble charging his credit card for two weeks of service Of course I demand our money back immediately and will never use them again
