Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care

The staff really care about their residents. They keep in contact with family and take good care of my mother. She's lived there since March 2019. We haven't had any problems.

This is actually Terrell O'Neill! My mother was at another assisted living facility but we moved her here when it opened. The difference between the two were like night and day. I felt totally comfortable with my mother residing here. Melissa, Robyn, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond the kindness and care that they gave my mother and our family! The main goal in this facility seemed to be care for the residents and financial concerns seemed to be secondary. At the end of life, my mother was provided extra care that would have required additional costs at the previous facility. I can't say enough good things about this place. It is clean, the food is great, and most of all the staff is like family! If you have several choices ,look at this one first!

Would give 10 stars if it was an option!!! My sister and I just moved my mother into this facility and already an enormous weight has been lifted off our shoulders! Our mother is young with the rare type of dementia and my sister and I are all she has. Being a caretaker is the most difficult struggle we’ve ever been through, and we needed help. The staff are all excellent!!! All so caring and seem to love what they do! Already sending us photos of Mom participating (a rare phenomenon lately), and letting us know how she’s been doing on the regular. I couldn’t ask for a better facility and better people to be caring for one of the few people I have left in my life! Forever greatful
