When I instantly walked in, I felt so welcome. It’s not even designed like a typical care home.

Probably the best decision we’ve made! It was difficult making the decision to place my father in a facility. I’m very lucky to have a friend whose husband was a resident at Sycamore Creek Ranch (The Pines). My friend was very happy with the care her husband received there. We toured a couple of facilities in May 2025 and made the decision to place him at the Shenandoah location the following June. Initially it was difficult to turn his care over to people we didn’t personally know. We came to know the staff really care about each of the residents and become familiar with their particular needs. It has been a huge relief knowing that are monitoring and caring for him 24/7.

Lovely place, wonderful staff. Never see a place so attentive to their residents on a daily, no matter what time of day it is. They are very respectful, very resourceful and most importantly show great integrity!
