The Oaks at Mount Pleasant is such a wonderful community! Every time I walk in, the atmosphere is filled with joy, warmth, and kindness. The staff here are consistently compassionate and caring, going out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. A special mention goes to Jennifer Blessing, who is truly exceptional. Her dedication, professionalism, and heart for others shine through in everything she does.

The worst experience ever. People escaped multiple times and it was never reported. They drugged my Dad and sent him to the hospital for no reason. When the ambulance went to bring him back at 2am they said he was not allowed back. They are truly awful people!!!

This place really needs to be looked into. I could not believe my eyes . They need new management !! If you have a relative here , CHECK OK THEM !
