I cannot begin to explain how important Swan Lake was to not only my 93 year old father, but our whole family. My father was immediately accepted as family on so many levels, culturally, physically, mentally and spiritually. The staff is always kind and gentle even in difficult circumstances. Not to mention, the grounds and home are immaculate. Thank you Swan Lake owner and staff.

My mom spent over 2 years at Swan Lake. We were very pleased with the attention she received there. The caregivers are kind, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility. It’s clean, the residents are well groomed and clean. There is a walking trail right next to the house where we could often walk her. We were fortunate to find this place.

We are so grateful to find Swan Lake for my dad. He has been there for 4 years and it has been such a comforting home for him. The caregivers are so loving and the meals are all home cooked. The home is clean and they really go above and beyond to put residents in wheelchairs to get fresh air or to TV room instead of leaving bedridden. They bring in regular musical entertainment too. We are beyond thankful!

My mom and I found Swan Lake in August of this past year and new instantly that this was the right place for my 91 year old father with dementia. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with good sidewalks and a walking trail nearby to take him for walks in his wheelchair. The caretakers are wonderful and very attentive to his needs. He enjoys the food and time spent outside on the deck soaking up some sun on a warm day. We are so thankful for the caring environment at Swan Lake and appreciate the peace of mind we have experienced since having him there. The Schumans

My family is so thankful for Swan Lake! The location is next to a park and walking paths that make it possible to take my husband in his wheelchair for nice walks. The outside deck is a very pleasant place to sit and visit. The staff frequently takes all the residents outside on the deck to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. My husband has Alzheimer’s. Every member of the staff treats him, and all of my family that visits, with respect and kindness. The meals are nutritious and appealing. It has been amazing how Andrew and his staff figured out to handle the Sundowning that is often so hard to deal with in residents with Alzheimer’s. I am so grateful to have found Swan Lake. I feel so comfortable there when I visit. The caregivers are wonderful.
