Sadananda pai
Sunrise of Sunnyvale is an ideal place for seniors for independent living as well as those requiring care givers services or memory care. The facility has multicultural residents as well as Centurians. LJ Smith, Director activities coordinates daily exercises, Bingo games, musicians on every Friday and on special occasions like Christmas, Thanksgiving. She also coordinates visits by children of local schools on the occasion of Christmas, Halloween, Chinese new year etc. she also coordinates transportation for residents for Doctor visits and local facilities. I wish well for the residents, care managers, supporting staff and the facility. Sadananda Pai.

A sibling currently lives at Sunrise and prior to this both of my parents. The community is amazing- the staff is wonderful and has excellent communication with residents and family. There’s always activities to do, along with a great dining room and a fabulous menu. I sometimes join my sibling there for weekend brunch or holiday meals. In addition I love that they have nurses there if needed and medication management for both independent living and assisted living. Sunrise of Sunnyvale is centrally located - minutes to stores, El Camino Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation and about 20 minutes drive to the Palo Alto VA. I highly recommend Sunrise and my family has had relatives living there for over 3 years.

Our Mom's lived at Sunrise-Sunnyvale a couple years while all her kids live out of the area / out of state, so communication is important. The Sunrise Team does a great job so it is reassuring between visits to know mom's needs are met and she is happy. Kudos to the Wellness Team, and extra kudos to Activities Team Members LJ and Roger for keeping everyone smiling, even during the sometimes challenging periods.

I have Marketed to this Community for over 10 years. Everyone here is Kind & Professional. They really care for their residents. LJ is a staple here and is always helpful. Luisa and Silva are also great to work with. Every staff member I have met when visiting are always helpful & kind. Julie at the front desk is always happy & professional. Love her! I would trust them with my family members.
