Sunrise of Rocklin

Jaime is is absolutely the best!! She gave me all the help and information I needed to help my Mom get the best care and services she deserves! This place is 100% recommended by me and I know your loved ones will be absolutely happy and taken care of!

I walked in to Sunrise of Rocklin a couple of days and what a difference from when I was there 6 months ago! The staff was friendly, inviting and there so much more energy in the air this time. The culture has definitely changed for the BETTER! Jamie Puentes, Director of Sales took us on a great tour of the facility! Definitely a must see if you need a kind and loving atmosphere for a loved one!!!

I cannot speak enough about how the staff at Sunrise are kind, thoughtful, and thorough. While I have not met everyone, I have no doubt that all of the staff is wonderful, both care staff and nursing staff. They truly care about the residents, and it shows. They are friendly and always greet me with a kind face. They are very good at communicating any issues as well as providing useful suggestions. They are gentle and caring with my mom, and I sleep better at night knowing she is under the care of these wonderful people.

My parents are so comfortable here, they enjoy all the different activities alone with the staff. Staff really cares about each and every person in there.. Jenny is the representative that worked with us in the beginning, she bent over backwards to help my parents and I feel more comfortable about this process. Can't say enough good thing about her.. There nursing staff has helped them so much with there diabetic needs and other medicine. They are my eyes and ears . Can't say enough about the everyday staff, they do more then I could ever do kudos too them. They all stay in close touch with me since I'm out of state. Would highly recommend this place. Just stop in and take a look for yourself. You won't regret it.. Gerry Beebe

run, do not put your loved ones in this assisted-living facility… this building only cares about making money, the amount of residents that are neglected on a daily basis, staffing issues, staff being on their cell phones at all time shifts, specially during nocturnal shifts, you will find staff sleeping in residents rooms on their couches, these caregivers do not care an ounce about these residents, it is not the first time this building has so many complaints and residents move out due to care issues, on top of the ridiculous pricing 5000 and above just for assisted-living, with memory care being up to $10,000 a month, I mean who can afford $10,000 a month with the type of care that they get in this building you are better off going to Oakmont or any other facility. they are quick to say yes we take great care and pride themselves about the type of care they give, once that resident has moved in it is always downhill from there, response time to pendants and calls are ridiculously long, any type of complain you try to put management ignores and, the front desk has 1 lovely gal which is Donna, but other than that everyone is very condescending and ignoring issues, specially Marianne Richardson the executive Director, hides behind that door where she ignores family members problems and goes about her day. Every time asked to be spoken with she claims she has a meeting or a call so she does not have to deal with family members. You will not much see the executive director as much as you don’t see in sight much caregivers even after paging them so many times. sadly, the good managers like the previous activities coordinator was a ray of sunshine carmen, Juliann and Romeo are far long gone. Vandhana the nurse is the remaining good manager. She cares for the residents needs. if you are looking for assisted-living keep looking for any other facility that is not Sunrise Of Rocklin. Go to any other SUNRISE that is not Rocklin. or better yet go to OAKMONT/IVY PARK if you want luxury living, but if you want a bit more affordable assisted living for your parents even go to Brookside or Atria Senior Living.
