Customer service on 07/23 evening - was transferred to a nurse and no response. Called front desk back 4-5 times after and no answer. Unable to be put in contact with my unresponsive mother. At least should have a better system in place or offer an alternative if transfer does not go through - people pay money and situations can be intense due to the reasons loved ones are in there.
