Sunrise of Naperville North

We have had a great experience with this facility and are very content with the atmosphere and care my family member has received on the reminiscence floor.

Play pop has been here for over a year and the facility has done a great job welcoming him on board. The staff is usually quite kind and caring. Several of the caregivers such as millie, catherine, monica, lydia, Bonita and Jemima open diligent to ensure his well-being. Pop likes the food and the activities that they have on the 3rd floor memory care. The facility has a fantastic porch area and patio as well as a very comfortable living room to spend time with your love ones. The one exception that I would make the entire great experience is sometimes parking is a bit tight. But other than that it earns is 5-star rating.

Sunrise Naperville North Memory Care staff has been amazing. Millicent Huston and her team made the transition for Dad into the community very smooth. They are very kind and supportive of the residents and families. They have been very positive and patient with Dad helping him adjust to his new environment. The communication from the team about Dad’s health and daily activities has been very good. It gives our family great comfort to know that Millicent and her team are there 24/7 for Dad.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in the Reminiscence community at Sunrise of Naperville North for 19 months. You can tell that Millie, the Reminiscence Coordinator, has a passion for her residents and their care. She and the staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and always very responsive to our questions or concerns. Her assistance, empathy and guidance as our family travels the Alzheimer’s journey has been invaluable. Resident comfort, safety and engagement are priorities for Millie and her staff. The peace of mind in knowing that my MIL is exactly where she needs to be is tremendous!

Sunrise of Naperville North has been so welcoming and accommodating since my first visit with Christine to my daily visits. My parents moved into the memory care floor a year ago. My father died in October and throughout his residence, the staff was so caring and thoughtful. My Mom still lives in memory care and I am amazed at how the staff placates her and is as responsive to her as she allows. I am especially impressed with Millie, the floor director. Millie goes out of her way to communicate with my Mom and then with me about my Mom's care. Thank you Sunrise staff! I highly recommend Sunrise of Naperville North.
